Found Intentional Dating LLC (we, our, or us) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the FOUND mobile application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Data: Phone number, email address, and photos you upload.
  • Location Data: We collect your location to show you potential matches in Madison, WI. Location services are required for core matching features. We do not display your precise location to other users.
  • Usage Data and Vibe Score: We track app activity such as responsiveness, unanswered messages, and match interactions to calculate an internal Vibe Score. Your Vibe Score may affect your access to features.
  • Chat Logs: Messages are stored to support the service and safety features. If you report a user or content, relevant messages may be reviewed by moderators to address the report.

2. Zero Tolerance for Abuse

We have a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, harassment, sexual content that violates our rules, scams, and illegal activity.

We provide in app tools to Block and Report users. We aim to review reports as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours, but response times can vary based on volume and complexity. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate our rules.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to operate the service, facilitate connections, improve safety, and support customer service. We do not sell your personal data to third party advertisers.

Your Vibe Score is used to encourage healthy dating behavior and may affect your in app experience. It is not sold to third parties.

4. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app settings under Delete Account or by emailing us at support@founddatingapp.com.
