Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (Terms) are an agreement between you and Found Intentional Dating LLC (we, our, or us). By downloading, accessing, or using FOUND, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FOUND. By using the app, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Community Standards

FOUND is built around respect and intention. You agree not to use the app to harass, threaten, shame, exploit, or deceive others.

• Hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Sexual content that violates our rules or applicable law
• Scams, fraud, or attempts to obtain money or sensitive information
• Impersonation or misleading identity information
• Illegal activity

4. Reporting and Enforcement

We provide tools to Block and Report users. We aim to review reports as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours, but response times can vary based on volume and complexity.

If you violate these Terms or our safety rules, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend your account, or permanently ban you. Enforcement decisions are made to protect the community.

5. Vibe Score

FOUND may calculate an internal Vibe Score based on app behavior such as responsiveness, unanswered messages, and match interactions. Your Vibe Score may affect access to features and how the service prioritizes matches.

6. Messaging Limits and the Bridge

FOUND may limit messaging and require a next step to keep connections moving. Limits and flow rules may change as we improve the product.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post, such as photos and messages. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display it solely to operate and improve the service and to enforce safety and moderation.

8. Safety

You are responsible for your interactions with other users. Meet in public, use good judgment, and do not share financial information. We do not conduct criminal background checks.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

FOUND is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or continuous availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your use of the app or interactions with other users.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the community.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the app or on our site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
